Generandi is a Spanish agro-forestry and innovation SME combining GIS, Earth Observation, drones and IoT with operational land management, forest biomass, carbon/MRV and circular bioeconomy expertise. We develop spatial monitoring and decision-support approaches integrating environmental, forest, climate and operational datasets and translate them into practical solutions for adaptive management, sustainable biomass mobilisation and resilient forest-based value chains. Our capabilities include biomass and carbon assessment, climate-risk and spatial analysis, forest-resource mapping, logistics and biomass-flow modelling, LCA, carbon accounting, economic and market analysis, circular/cascading-use strategies and business-model development.

For FORESTPathways, Generandi is interested in Topics 1, 2 and 4. Under Topic 1, we can contribute EO/GIS-based forest, biomass, carbon and climate-resilience monitoring and model validation. Under Topic 2, we can contribute digital decision-support, adaptive management planning, sustainable harvesting and biomass mobilisation/logistics, and field demonstration in Mediterranean conditions. Under Topic 4, we can contribute forest biomass-flow and supply-chain modelling, cascading-use and circularity assessment, LCA/carbon analysis, economic viability, market and stakeholder analysis, and scalable business and replication models. We are particularly interested in projects linking forest monitoring and management with practical implementation and sustainable value creation.
