I am interested in joining a transnational consortium under Topic 1 – Climate-Resilient Forest Systems as a funded Turkish scientific partner.
My research expertise includes forest soils, soil organic carbon, stand–soil relationships, soil physical properties and aggregate stability. I can contribute to forest-soil sampling, soil organic carbon assessment, soil physical measurements and the evaluation of soil responses to climate-related stress. I am particularly interested in collaborations involving mixed-forest ecology, climate resilience, drought and forest-soil processes. I would be pleased to contribute to an appropriate consortium as a scientific project partner.
Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University is a public university in Türkiye with research activities in forestry, forest ecology, soil science and natural-resource management. Our team has experience in forest soils, soil organic carbon, stand–soil relationships, soil physical properties, aggregate stability and field-based forest ecosystem research under contrasting stand and land-cover conditions.
