We are looking for European partners to join CANOPIA Europe, a multi-country initiative focused on the restoration and long-term monitoring of forest areas affected by wildfires and other climate-related events. We are particularly interested in cooperating with forest research institutes, universities, forest managers, restoration organisations and public or private landowners able to contribute:

- Suitable pilot areas in participating European countries;

- Forest restoration and climate-resilience methodologies;

- Field implementation and operational forestry expertise;

- Environmental, biodiversity and MRV data;

- Satellite, remote sensing or long-term monitoring capabilities.

ioBuilders would lead the digital infrastructure and traceability layer through Asseto, connecting restoration activities, environmental data, funding flows and long-term impact monitoring in a common digital framework.

Our objective is to build a complementary consortium combining strong forestry expertise, real pilot sites and advanced digital capabilities.

ioBuilders is a European technology company specialised in blockchain, distributed ledger technology and digital asset infrastructure for institutional and enterprise use cases.

We design and implement digital platforms that enable organisations to register, manage and trace assets, data and transactions across their lifecycle. Our technology has been applied to areas including tokenisation, environmental traceability, ESG, supply chains and institutional digital assets.

For CANOPIA Europe, ioBuilders would act as the technology and digital infrastructure partner, providing the layer for data provenance, traceability of restoration activities and funding flows, lifecycle management and integration of environmental and monitoring data through our Asseto platform.

We have experience working with international institutions and enterprise clients, including the Inter-American Development Bank, and in projects combining blockchain technology with environmental and social impact.
