We are based in Sweden and are developing a proposal on biochar concrete in collaboration with industry and research institutes. We aim to combine research with practical applications in industry. We welcome enquiries from potential partners in both sectors. In particular, we are seeking biochar producers and companies in the concrete and cement industries.

Luleå University of Technology (LTU) is a Swedish university whose research and education are closely connected with industry and the public sector. Its applied research and collaborative approach make it a strong partner for developing biochar concrete and bringing the results into practical use. Our group have extensive research background on biochar concrete, regarding fresh properties, hydration, mechanical properties, carbon emissions, and method designs.
