WWF Italy is interested in cooperating on the development of climate-resilient forest systems through integrated approaches to wildfire prevention, forest restoration, and sustainable forest management. Our cooperation priorities include promoting climate-smart forestry practices, supporting responsible forest certification, conserving biodiversity and old-growth forests, and enhancing the role of urban forests in climate adaptation and resilience. We aim to foster innovative, nature-based solutions that strengthen ecosystem health, improve landscape connectivity, reduce climate-related risks, and deliver long-term environmental and societal benefits.

WWF Italy (WWF Italia ETS) is an independent, non-profit environmental organization founded in 1966 and part of the global WWF network.
