Just the coconut water is consumed in Brasil, even the meat is not eaten, to obtain a better water the coconut is more tender than a coconut used in another country, this kind of coconut is more sweet and tasteful. The problem beggining in consumation in coastal cities, the tourists like just drink coconut fresh and cold water and the shell and meat is trash, our work is create a reverse logistics chain to process safely to use in agriculture as a insume in cofee, poultry, cattle and energy insume. The magnitude of this problem is imense, state coconut shell annualy is 80 thousand tons
